Breakfast On The Go

For a fast and healthy breakfast, parfait's are a great way to start the morning. Kids can easily put it together and can take it along for the ride to school.

You will need:
plastic cup(s)
spoon(s)

1 cup of your favorite yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, raisins, apples)
1 packet plain oatmeal or 1/4 cup rolled oats (cornflakes are good too)

Make sure the fruit is washed and cut into bite size pieces. In a cup, spoon in 1/4 of the yogurt. On top of that, add 1/4 of the fruit then sprinkle on some oats. Continue the layers until all have been used. Enjoy!
