Food items that have only a little left in the package.

Some ideas are: fish crackers, pretzels, Cherrios, Kix, Chex, marshmallows, raisins, yogurt or chocolate covered raisins, crasins, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, coconut, dried fruit, peanuts or other kind of nut, M&Ms, teddy grahams, etc...

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 1/2 cups ice
1 banana

Chocolate Mousse

2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c heavy cream
2 Tbl sugar

In microwave safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate and butter. Heat in the microwave until melted, about 35 seconds. Stir. Whisk in yolks and set aside to cool. Pour cream into chilled bowl. Beat on medium till it starts to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla and whisk until the cream starts to form stiff peaks. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture.
